Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging with all SWAG tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
